Flighterz ("Flighterz", "we", "us" or "our") is an online flight-booking travel agency operated by Middle East Marina Company, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website flighterz.com, our mobile and web applications, and any related services (together, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

"You" or "traveller" means any person who accesses the Platform or makes a booking through it. "Airline" or "carrier" means the operating airline that provides the flight. "Booking" means a request to reserve air travel that is confirmed once payment is received and an e-ticket is issued.

"Fare rules" means the terms, conditions and restrictions set by the airline for a particular fare, including rules on changes, cancellations and refunds. "Service charge" means any fee charged by Flighterz for arranging your booking, shown to you before payment. "Corporate account" means a business account with features such as a wallet, credit line and authorised users.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to make a booking. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering an account or making a booking, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, make speculative or fraudulent bookings, or use automated systems to extract data without our permission.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Flighterz acts as an intermediary and booking agent between you and the operating airline. Your contract of carriage is with the airline, not with Flighterz. All bookings are subject to the operating airline's fare rules and conditions of carriage.

Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. A service charge may apply to your booking and, where it does, it is shown clearly before you pay.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full and an e-ticket number has been issued by the airline. Fares and availability are not guaranteed until ticketing is complete and may change without notice before then. It is your responsibility to review all booking details before confirming payment.

We accept Mada and major payment cards. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. Flighterz does not store your full card details.

By submitting a payment you authorise us to charge the total amount shown, including the fare, applicable taxes and any service charge. If a payment is declined or reversed, your booking may not be confirmed or may be cancelled.

Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the specific fare rules of the airline for the fare you booked. A booking is refundable only if the fare type you purchased is refundable; non-refundable fares are not refunded except where the airline cancels or significantly changes the flight.

Where a refund is due, airline penalties and our service charge may be deducted, in line with the applicable fare rules. Please see our Refunds & Cancellations policy for full details on how to request a change or refund and the timelines that apply.

Corporate accounts may include a wallet, a credit line and multiple authorised users. The account administrator or HR/authorised user is responsible for managing users, controlling spending limits, and ensuring bookings comply with the company's travel policy.

The company and its authorised users are responsible for all bookings made under the corporate account, including those made by their employees, and for settling any amounts due on the wallet or credit line in accordance with the agreed terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger names match travel documents exactly, and that you hold a valid passport, visa, health certificates and any other documents required for your entire journey, including transit points.

You are responsible for arriving at the airport in good time for check-in and boarding, complying with the airline's rules on baggage, check-in deadlines and travel requirements, and reconfirming flight times, which may change. Flighterz is not liable for denied boarding, missed flights or refused entry resulting from incorrect, missing or expired documents, or from your failure to meet airline requirements.

The operating airline is the carrier and is solely responsible for providing the flight and for the safety, conduct and operation of the carriage. The airline's conditions of carriage and applicable international conventions govern its liability to you.

Flighterz is not liable for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, overbooking, denied boarding or other acts or omissions of the airline, beyond facilitating your booking and processing any refund that is due to you under the applicable fare rules.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, the Flighterz brand, software and design, is owned by or licensed to Middle East Marina Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flighterz's total liability to you in connection with any booking or your use of the Platform is limited to the value of the service charge paid to Flighterz for the relevant booking.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under the applicable law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Flighterz is not responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics or pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, airspace closures, or failures of airlines, payment networks or telecommunications.

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business practices. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date, and will apply to bookings made after it is published. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
