Flighterz is a travel-booking brand operated by Middle East Marina Company ("we", "us", "our"), which acts as the data controller responsible for your personal data.

Identity and contact details: passenger and traveller names, email address, phone number and similar contact information.
Passport and travel-document details: passport or national ID numbers, nationality, date of birth, gender and other document data required to issue tickets and meet airline and border requirements.
Payment details: card and payment information, which is collected and processed directly by our payment gateway; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Corporate and employee traveller data: company details, cost centres, employee identifiers and travel-policy information provided by our corporate customers to manage their travel programme.
Device, usage data and cookies: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed and similar technical data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.

These parties process your data only to the extent needed to provide their part of the service.
6. International transfers
Because airlines, the GDS and some service providers may be located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, your personal data may be transferred abroad. Where this happens, we apply the safeguards required by the PDPL and its regulations to ensure your data continues to receive an adequate level of protection.

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations. When it is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access your data, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction of your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
